Overview: Do you live in or around the Berkshire area? Are you an experienced M&E Engineer? If so, we may have a role suited to you. We are recruiting an M&E Engineer to join our facilities management team at our Reading site.
Salary: Up to £36,129 per annum, depending on experience
25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays
Additional earnings through enhanced overtime rates
4% bonus, subject to targets (historically paid out)
Smartphone, tools, uniform, PPE provided
Responsibilities: Supporting your dedicated site as our client’s first point of contact for PPM, reactive M&E, and general building services maintenance. Tasks include emergency light testing, fire alarms, lamp changes, basic plumbing, and fabric work. You will be responsible for delivering planned and preventative maintenance, fault finding, and repair work, often working autonomously.
Qualifications: To be successful, you will have:
Desirable qualifications include F-Gas, IOSH, plumbing experience, basic fabric skills, and 2391 testing inspection.
