Overview

Job Title: Mechanical / Electrical Engineer

Salary: Up to £24 per hour

Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 07:30 - 16:30

Location: Liverpool

Responsibilities
  • Perform planned and reactive maintenance on a wide range of Mechanical and Electrical Building Services Engineering Assets, including Legionella control, adhering to safety standards and specifications.
  • Proactively identify and address plant faults and defects, ensuring swift resolution and maintaining serviceable order.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and provide accurate lists and time estimates for remedial works.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork and CAFM entries for maintenance tasks, ensuring timely submission.
  • Oversee and monitor subcontractor work on site, ensuring compliance with safety practices and maintaining a professional image.
Qualifications & Skills
  • NVQ level 3 or similar (desirable)
  • Facilities management experience
