Overview

At EKFB we're shaping Infrastructure for a better tomorrow. Our four partners — Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial and BAM — bring specialist expertise in the design, construction, operation, financing and maintenance of railway networks. We are recruiting a Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) Manager to join our Wendover Green Tunnel team. The MEP Project Manager coordinates and completes MEP systems, overseeing planning, design coordination and implementation to meet project specifications, budgets and deadlines. The role liaises between architects, engineers, contractors and clients to ensure MEP installations are code-compliant and operate efficiently as part of the building design. The position supports safety, sustainability and energy efficiency goals through meticulous project management and balancing operational requirements with aesthetic considerations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, design coordination and implementation of MEP systems for the project.
• Ensure MEP installations meet project specifications, budgets and deadlines and are compliant with relevant codes.
• Liaise between architects, engineers, contractors and clients to deliver integrated MEP solutions.
• Manage risk, quality, schedule and cost performance for MEP work streams.
• Support sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives within the project scope.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Plumbing related field or Civil Engineering.
• Experience in a similar role and large-scale civils projects.
• PMP certificate would be preferable.
• Full driving license.
• CSCS White or White/Yellow AQP card (minimum).
