Job Description:

Position: Mechanical Designer/Lead Mechanical Engineer

Type: Contract

Start date: ASAP - Subject to clearance

Duration: 12 months

Salary/Pay rate/Benefits: Depending on experience

Location: Seascale

Hours of work: 40 hours Mon-Friday

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop AutoCAD designs
• Ensure designs are produced to a high standard
• Check and produce CDM registers
• Check and approve scopes and calculations
• Produce accurate technical documentation
• Ensure works are delivered to scope
• Develop estimates at bid stage
• Assess technical queries
• Ensure health and safety procedures are adhered to
