SummaryJoin a dynamic mechanical design team supporting in-house M&E installation engineers across diverse projects. From design to implementation, their integrated teams ensure exceptional quality across mechanical and electrical projects.Roles• Manage mechanical design projects ranging from £100,000 to £10 million.• Lead full-cycle design efforts from initial brief to final documentation.• Collaborate with Contract Management, Estimating, and CAD/BIM teams.• Design systems including domestic services, HVAC, ventilation, public health, and comfort cooling.• Ensure regulatory compliance, particularly HTM standards.• Conduct site surveys, meet with clients and consultants, and present technical designs.• Support project delivery through strong documentation and team coordination.Qualifications• Minimum 5 years of experience in Mechanical Design (Building Services).• HNC/HND or Degree in Building Services Engineering.• Proficient in building services design software.• Knowledge of CAD/BIM, Revit, and estimating tools (e.g., MS Project, Asta Powerproject).• Strong grasp of BMS and control systems.• Excellent communication, time management, and presentation skills.Benefits• Competitive salary of £55k – £65k, based on experience.• Discretionary performance bonuses.• Minimum of 30 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays).• Auto-enrolment pension scheme.• In-service life insurance.• Access to a private health scheme
