Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer for a Fareham-based role within an international manufacturer of specialist cooling and heat transfer equipment. You will design bespoke mechanical equipment, create 3D CAD models and drawings, and perform engineering calculations in collaboration with the engineering and manufacturing teams.

The role offers a clear route to Senior Engineer and Project Lead positions, with full training and progression and a salary

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical design or product design.
• Autodesk Inventor experience required.
• Experience with sheet metal or fabricated products advantageous.
• Able to commute to Fareham.

Responsibilities

• Design and development of bespoke mechanical equipment.
• Produce 3D CAD models, manufacturing drawings and calculations.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams throughout the design process.
