Overview

Mechanical Design Engineer (Technical Training)

Salary: 30,000 - 40,000 + fantastic technical training + progression + 30 days holiday + company bonus. Office based role, commutable from Weston-Super-Mare, Bristol, Bridgewater, Wells, Glastonbury, Shepton Mallet, and the surrounding areas.

The role is with a market-leading manufacturer that provides excellent training to help you become a technical expert within your field. You will have the opportunity to work on a bespoke product range and develop the skillset to progress within the business.

The company designs and manufactures high-quality fume and safety cupboards and cabinets for industrial and educational sectors. They value low staff turnover and strong employee development.

The role is office based and involves producing and approving CAD drawings, developing existing product units, creating manufacturing documentation, and working closely with the production team to support efficient design and build processes.
