Mechanical Design Engineer Salary and Benefits

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in a Mechanical Design role using 2D and 3D CAD (AutoCAD and Inventor)
• Minimum qualification: HNC or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in a Precision Engineering environment
• Tool design experience is advantageous

Key Responsibilities

• Producing design layouts for quotations
• Developing technical designs and specifications to meet customer enquiries
• Creating 2D and 3D CAD production drawings
• Supporting technical department with root cause analysis and design support
• Providing technical support to the production department
