Mechanical Engineer – London | Leading MEP Consultancy

Location: London (Hybrid / 9-day fortnight available)

Salary: Dependent on experience/level

We’re proud to be partnering with one of the UK’s most respected building services consultancies to find a Principal or Associate Mechanical Engineer for their vibrant London office.

This role offers the chance to be part of a forward thinking, sustainability-led engineering practice that’s shaping some of the UK’s most technically complex buildings particularly within science, research, and healthcare.

The Opportunity:

As a senior member of the team, you’ll take a lead role in project delivery across a broad portfolio, developing client relationships and managing multidisciplinary teams. This consultancy is big enough to offer excellent progression, yet small enough to recognise and reward individuals. They champion flexible working (including a 9-day fortnight!) and foster a collaborative, people-first culture.

What We’re Looking For:

  • UK experience is essential
  • Solid consultancy experience delivering mechanical services (HVAC etc.)
  • Confident client communicator and team collaborator
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Revit and AutoCAD
  • Strong technical understanding of British Standards
  • Background in science, healthcare or complex building sectors is a plus
  • Ambition, integrity, and a people-first mindset
