Your Company

You will be working for a well-established Building Services consultancy in Leicester, working across sectors including high-end residential, education, commercial, and heritage. They provide services such as Mechanical, Electrical, Sustainable Design, and BIM. The company is expanding and opening new offices.

Your New Role

The main purpose is the design of mechanical engineering for building services. Your responsibilities include:

• Managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
• Surveying and reporting on mechanical systems
• Preparing technical specifications and drawings
• Designing mechanical installations according to British Standards
• Developing design proposals from sketches to detailed designs
• Preparing tender documents and reports
• Supporting client and team relationships

Additional duties may be required.

Requirements

You need mechanical design experience and:

• HNC/HND/Degree in Building Services or related field
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, Hevp, IES
• Experience in team meetings and collaboration
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to travel
