Are you currently working as a Mechanical Design Engineer within the Building Services sector, looking to take the next step in your career and work towards chartership?

You may currently be working for a large consultancy and looking to fast track your progression, or you may be working for a smaller consultancy and looking for more support in your professional development?

LDNY People are currently working in partnership with a well established, growing M&E Design Consultancy, based in North Surrey (close to a mainline station and onsite parking).

They specialise in sustainable building design in a variety of sectors, including Commercial, Super Prime Residential, Healthcare and Education.

Due to an ongoing increase in workload and future growth plans, they have a requirement for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join their head office team.

About You

You will currently be working as a Building Services Mechanical Design Engineer, ideally with 2-5 years experience within Consulting Design but they are flexible if you are keen to learn.

You will be comfortable producing high quality Mechanical Designs, working as part of a dynamic, forward thinking team.

You will have a keen interest in Sustainable Design within Buildings.

Due to the nature of their projects and long term business plans, they are looking for someone who is keen to continue their professional development and obtain CEng (they will support you with this).

They have an internal CAD/BIM team, but a capable user of CAD or Revit would be advantageous but not essential.

You will be commutable to their North Surrey head office and want to be part of a strong team environment offering you the chance to learn and progress quickly, this is not a remote working position.

They are a sociable friendly team and looking for someone who wants to join and be part of a hard working, fun office environment.
