Job Description:

We are seeking Mechanical Design Engineers for three positions in Omagh - Ballygawley / Monaghan / Enniskillen / Tyrone / Armagh area. These are full-time permanent roles with a salary range of £25,000 - £40,000 depending on experience, plus a 5% bonus, overtime, and other benefits.

The company is an expanding heavy metal engineering firm with plans for a new manufacturing site and significant growth over the next three years. Join an established design team working on projects from concept through development and design for manufacture. Responsibilities include using SolidWorks, drawing up Bills of Materials, and designing for efficiency and minimal wastage.

Essential criteria:

1. At least 1 year of experience in Mechanical Design Engineering with similar products
2. Proficiency in 3D design software such as SolidWorks, Pro Engineer / Creo, SolidEdge, or Inventor
3. Relevant engineering qualification (preferred but relevant experience considered)
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
