Mechanical Design Engineer – Pumps
Salary GBP35–45k
Based Wakefield, West Yorkshire

An experienced Mechanical Design Engineer is required for an engineering company based in West Yorkshire.

Working on capital equipment products, you will effectively construct, design and contract manage projects from order receipt to delivery to the client. This will include the Mechanical Design of products and assemblies, along with the creation of accurate Bill of Materials (BoMs). Within this varied role, you will also be responsible for the contract management process.

The successful candidate will have proven experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer with good experience of CAD and 3D modelling (ideally SolidWorks). Your experience should include the design of mechanical or industrial applications, with good experience of pumps or similar rotating equipment.
