Rise Technical Recruitment is looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer based in Pen–clawdd, near Swansea. You will own projects from concept through to production, producing 3D models, 2D layouts, production drawings and BOMs using Inventor.

Are you a 3D Design Engineer with Inventor experience, looking to take ownership of projects from initial concept through to production?

You’ll work on wide–variety of designs, producing 3D models, 2D layouts, production drawings and BOMs while working closely with customers, sales and engineering teams, with the flexibility to manage your own hours.

Within this role you will be designing bespoke mechanical for a wide range of blue–chip clients putting your design skills to the test as you develop full solutions within a supportive and rewarding environment.

The company have a strong engineering focus and are at the forefront of their industry sector, making this an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving engineering problems, working to tight deadlines and seeing their designs progress from concept through to finished product.

This position would suit a Mechanical/3D Design Engineer with Inventor experience, looking for a role offering flexible work/life balance and the autonomy to manage your own projects.

The Role:

• Produce detailed 3D mechanical designs using AutoCAD Inventor
• Develop production drawings, installation layouts, BOMs and technical documentation
• Manage projects from initial requirements through design, production and completion

• 3D Cad experience, specifically Inventor
• Happy being fully office based
