A leading system integrator in Staffordshire is seeking a Mechanical Engineer for a contract role outside IR35. Qualifications

• Minimum of HNC / HND in Mechanical Engineering or 10+ years hands-on experience.
• Experience in designing mechanical systems in the Oil and Gas industry.
• Knowledge of ATEX/IECEx regulations and ASME 16.5 desirable.

Contract role - £50 to £60/hour outside IR35

Are you a Mechanical Engineer looking for a contract role outside IR35?

Do you have experience designing mechanical systems in the Oil and Gas industry?

If so, then this may be an exciting opportunity for you!

What will you be doing?

You'll design Mechanical integrated systems for gas networks and Petrochemical plants.

You'll be involved in piping design, welding codes, fabrication design, and non-destructive testing.

You'll work alongside other disciplines, i.e. Process/Chemical, EC&I

Where will you be doing it?

You'll be working for a system integrator in Staffordshire, who designs and manufactures analyser and metering systems within the gas distribution industry.

What You'll Need

You must possess a minimum of HNC / HND in Mechanical Engineering or an associated discipline or have 10+ years hands on Mechanical Design Engineering experience

You'll have previous experience producing Mechanical designs for hazardous area applications or have a working knowledge of ATEX/IECEx regulations.

Experience with ASME 16.5 would be highly desirable.
