Job summary

A leading engineering recruitment agency is seeking a Mechanical Engineer for a 6-month contract in Aberdeen. This hybrid role involves design work in the Oil and Gas industry, including producing detailed documentation. Mechanical Engineer
45 per hour – outside IR35
Aberdeen – Hybrid – 1 day per week in office
6 month initial contract

Essential skillset required:
– 5+ years within the Oil and Gas industry working as a Mechanical Engineer
– Design mechanical systems and components using Inventor or AutoCAD

– Producing project documentation such as hydraulics schematics, design calculations, testing procedures, flushing procedures
– Familiar with hazardous areas and standards such as ATEX, NORSOK, COMPEX
