Job Description:

The role:

We have an exciting opportunity to work within an experienced and multi-disciplined team delivering engineering designs for the Offshore Industries. The Mechanical Design Engineer is responsible for producing engineering deliverables for a work-pack /sub-system or entire project throughout the project life cycle.

You will be responsible for:

• Producing technical solutions to complex engineering problems. This may include concept design, detailed design, calculations, analysis, and technical reports/documentation.
• Taking ownership of the tasks assigned through to successful delivery within the specified time, budget, and quality standards.
• Taking direction from the Senior Engineer.

Job requirements:

• Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent (BEng/MEng) as a minimum.
• Experience in engineering design and development.

Notes:

• This role may involve national and international travel.
