This role is based at a small to medium-sized company with almost 200 staff on site within a first-class engineering team. Their products are manufactured on site at their facility based in Segensworth near Fareham, Hampshire.

The Role:
You will be involved in all aspects of product design, including New Product Introduction and support for existing products. Joining a team of talented and multi-skilled engineers, you will be responsible for designing and validating products for the Aerospace industry and others. Your tasks include analyzing customer requirements, preparing 3D models, drawings, and supporting technical documentation for manufacturing. As a technical expert, you will provide specialist support to internal and external teams. The company designs and manufactures complex mechanical products that are machined, fabricated, assembled, and tested on site, and you will play a vital role in this process. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential, especially in the heavily regulated aerospace industry where products must meet strict compliance standards.
