Job description

How would working on NPI projects within a state-of-the-art facility for an iconic brand sound to you? Not one day will be the same, as they have a very healthy pipeline of new projects. The Role

You'll be designing a variety of components for both chassis and powertrain for their latest models using Creo CAD software. If you don't have Creo experience, don't worry — they are willing to train you. There are several positions available, and the more senior roles will include mentoring, supporting direct reports, and ensuring all design work meets high standards of quality, cost, and timeliness. As a manager, you will also be implementing process improvements to ensure smooth operations.

What you will need

• Mechanical design experience of complex parts, ideally within the Automotive or Motorsport industries.
• Creo CAD experience would be advantageous; experience with other CAD software and a willingness to learn Creo are also acceptable.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• For senior roles, previous leadership experience of teams is essential.
