As a manager, you will be implementing changes to constantly improve processes and ensure the operation is as smooth as possible.

What you will need:

  1. Mechanical design experience of complex parts, ideally within the Automotive or Motorsport industries.
  2. Creo CAD experience would be advantageous; however, experience with other CAD software and a willingness to learn Creo is acceptable.
  3. Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  4. For the more senior roles, previous leadership experience of teams is crucial.
