Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer for a contract role focusing on the Oil and Gas industry. Mechanical Engineer
45 per hour – outside IR35
Leicester– Hybrid – 1 day per week in office
6 month initial contract

Essential skillset required:
– 5+ years within the Oil and Gas industry working as a Mechanical Engineer
– Design mechanical systems and components using Inventor or AutoCAD
– Hydraulic/Pneumatic system design
– Producing project documentation such as hydraulics schematics, design calculations, testing procedures, flushing procedures
– Familiar with hazardous areas and standards such as ATEX, NORSOK, COMPEX
