Overview

Nordson X-ray and Test, a global leader in semiconductor Test & Inspection, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team in Colchester, UK as a Mechanical Design Engineer for a temporary maternity leave cover - 12 months duration. The role involves working with the wider R&D and commercial teams to design and develop new test and inspection products to add to the existing product portfolio. It covers the full new product development cycle, from early concept ideas through to serial production. It requires a sound mechanical engineering background; knowledge of materials and manufacturing methods, and advanced use of 3D CAD (preferably Autodesk Inventor).

Role And Responsibilities
