Job description

My Client is looking for Level three qualified Mechanical engineer (HVAC) at a very prominent Highrise in Central London Bankside, to join an existing maintenance team /
Salary: Up to £47,000
Shift: 07:00-16:00 and 10:00-19:00Days: Mon-Friday 26 days holidayOT opportunities3% pensionUniform 3 Mech equivalent.3-5 yrs FM exp.Call-out required 1 in 4
Duties include:

PPMs: weekly fire alarm test, flushing, smoke vent test, disabled/refugee/lift alarm, AHU, BMS checks, plant tours and lighting checks, monthly/yearly tap temperatures, emergency light test ·
TMV checks and servicing, expansion vessels and water heater/calorifiers monthly and yearly checks/servicing, AHU filter changes, fan coil/VRV units filter clean/temp checks/condense pumps checks, dry riser checks.·
Reactive task: fault finding, replacing lamps ballast/drivers, like for like light fittings and switches, Pir sensors, unblocking toilets, urinals and drains, descale, and disinfect taps and showers, install, and fix/change electric showers, water heaters, taps, radiators, pipes, valves and TMVs.·
Ordering and organizing parts and materials on multiple sites·
Planning/organizing out of hours work and building access, escorting and assisting other trades, liaising with supervisors, managers and the office.
