Job Description

We are recruiting an experienced and customer-facing Mechanical Engineer to work at a large site in the City of London. This role requires experience with HVAC systems and broad experience working for FM companies. The successful candidate will work independently, initiating and completing tasks and procedures, and applying a range of knowledge, skills, and understanding.

The Mechanical Engineer will perform planned and reactive maintenance duties. Responsibilities include:

1. Delivering planned and reactive mechanical services to the site.
2. Coordinating resources and stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery in a safe, sustainable, and collaborative manner.
3. Carrying out maintenance and repair works in compliance with safety standards.
4. Maintaining all services effectively.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of building service experience.
• Self-motivated with good health & safety awareness.
• Strong fault-finding skills.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 4 days on, 4 days off, 365 days a year.
• Hours: 7 am to 7 pm.
• Holidays: 20 days plus 1 day for birthday.
• Salary: £48,900 (with an increase in April 2024).
• Training provided to support career development.
