Mechanical Craftsperson (Plumbing and Heating)
Due to reorganization within the Estates Department, vacancies are available for a Plumbing and Heating engineer.
Salary includes £30,722, 27 days holiday, bank holidays, and voluntary pension scheme.
The role is Monday to Friday, with opportunities for overtime and weekend work, including participation in an emergency on-call rota.
Working hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
The SWFTCS Estates Department provides comprehensive maintenance, repair, and installation services for buildings, grounds, engineering services, and equipment across the SWFT Trust.

Work autonomously as a specialist Mechanical craftsperson (Plumbing and Heating), planning and responding to Planned Preventive Maintenance and emergency calls. The role requires concentration to diagnose complex faults and adaptability to handle interruptions and unplanned maintenance issues.
SWFT Clinical Services is a wholly owned subsidiary of South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust (SWFT). The company provides outpatient pharmacy services, estates and facilities management, private patient services, and consultancy services.
Subject to performance, an annual discretionary bonus may be awarded.
