Job Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen within NTW Solutions Ltd for a Mechanical Craftsperson - Plumber to join our Estates Team at Hopewood Hospital. The suitably qualified and experienced candidate will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team within the Estates Department.

Main Duties of the Job

To undertake planned maintenance, breakdown repairs, and new installations within healthcare premises on various building services systems, including:

• Energy-generating plant, including boiler systems
• DHWS & CWS systems
• Air compressors
• Laundry and catering equipment
• Drainage/sewerage
• Ventilation plant
• Air conditioning and refrigeration
• BMS control systems
• Electrical building services
• Fault finding and repair of plant and equipment
• Undertake condition surveys of mechanical systems and infrastructure within healthcare facilities
