We're partnering with a well-established and fast-growing M&E contractor based in Birmingham, currently seeking an ambitious Mechanical Contracts Manager to join their expanding team.

With a healthy pipeline of projects across the commercial, education, and residential sectors, this is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual ready to take the next step in their career within a supportive and progressive environment.

What We're Looking For:

· Strong background in Mechanical Building Services

· Proven experience managing M&E projects from start to finish

· Confident leading site teams and liaising with main contractors, consultants, and clients

· Skilled in managing budgets, schedules, and maintaining high technical standards

· SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid are advantageous

· Relevant qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (HNC, HND, or Degree level)
