TWG Consulting is recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to join a growing and highly regarded M&E contractor delivering significant mechanical packages across London, the Home Counties and Oxfordshire.

The Role

Working closely with the Head of Operations and Company Director, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple mechanical projects from pre-construction through to completion.

The role will include:

• Managing multiple mechanical contracts across London and the Western Home Counties

• Managing mechanical design, technical coordination and building services requirements

What We're Looking For

We are particularly interested in speaking with experienced Mechanical Contracts Managers or Senior Mechanical Project Managers who have:

• Strong mechanical building services knowledge, including HVAC, plumbing and associated systems
• Experience managing projects from pre-construction/design through to handover
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness
• The ability to manage multiple projects and site teams simultaneously
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills

The position will be mobile, covering projects predominantly across London and the Western Home Counties, so candidates based within approximately 40km of Heathrow would be particularly well positioned.
