Company Overview

We are currently working with a growing M&E Contractor that has a strong reputation within the London market and is seeking a Mechanical Construction Manager to work on one of their landmark sites for a tier 1 contractor.

The contractor has had a record-breaking year with a turnover of around £80,000,000. They hold frameworks with some of the industry's biggest contractors such as MACE, Overbury, ISG, and others, providing excellent opportunities for career progression.

Duties

• Reporting to a Senior PM/Contracts Manager
• Attending on-site meetings
• Managing and overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion
• Overseeing technical submittals
• Dealing with subcontractors
• Responsible for QA works for the Mechanical packages
• Producing RAMS & Progress reports for subcontractors and clients

Requirements

• SMSTS/ ECS Black Card required
• Experience working with M&E subcontractors preferred
• Experience in commercial projects
• Previous experience as a Mechanical Construction Manager, with minimal input from a Project Lead when necessary
• Stable CV
• Strong understanding of signing off technical submittals
• Good knowledge of shell & core and Fit Out packages
