They have a reputation for delivering fast-paced fit-out projects for clients such as Collins, Parkeray, and BW. The business has recently been acquired by a new Managing Director who aims to increase turnover. Following a successful first 18 months, they have been appointed to projects for Collins, Ambit, and 8Build.

Role/Responsibilities:

• Management of subcontractor labour
• All health and safety responsibilities
• Progress reporting
• Review and amend RAMS
• Understanding of design & drawings
• Snagging
• Testing and commissioning
• Driving the job forward
