Mechanical, Compliance & Repair Surveyor needed in Manchester - Paying £22.18 per hr, ref 000A 243D /1

Full-time hours on a temporary basis

We’re seeking an experienced Mechanical, Compliance & Repair Surveyor to oversee the delivery of high-quality mechanical services and ensure full compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a £1m mechanical compliance and repairs programme.
• Oversee mechanical safety and legionella risk services.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and best practice requirements.
• Engage residents on mechanical safety and risk awareness.

Ideal Background:
