About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking talented Mechanical Commissioning Engineers for an immediate mobilisation to our commissioning teams in the South of England.

Candidates must be already BPSS cleared or able to secure BPSS and SC clearance.

The role:

The Mechanical Commissioning Engineer will support the project commissioning team through preparation and execution phases. Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring safety as the highest priority, acting as a safety role model
  • Carrying out commissioning preparation, testing, and documentation
  • Performing testing activities and witnessing by third parties
  • Applying and removing Temporary Commissioning Aids
  • Contributing to data recording and continuous improvement

This position involves developing commissioning plans and managing tasks within the System Commissioning scope, detailed in project schedules and plans.

Requirements:
  • Ability to perform commissioning work against a project schedule
  • Experience with completions management systems
Qualifications & Experience:
  • HNC/HND in Engineering or similar route
  • At least 3 years in commissioning within nuclear or highly regulated industries

Employment is subject to security clearance requirements, including BPSS and SC or DV clearance.
