Qualifications

Job Description:

Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a successful bespoke manufacturing company based in West Yorkshire to recruit a Mechanical Commissioning Engineer for their successful and growing team!

Salary: £32-38k pa + allowances and overtime OTE £50k pa + excellent benefits

Locations: Split between workshop production (Leeds) and UK and EU travel to install and test on customer sites.

Hours: Days based 38 HOUR WORKING WEEK Monday to Friday.

Duties of the Mechanical Commissioning Engineer will include:

  • Mechanical assembly of the units in the workshop as part of a production team
  • Factory Acceptance Testing on finished build
  • Dismantling, packing and shipping finished build to customer
  • On site assembly (UK and European) and commissioning of finished unit
  • Final inspection based on customer sites

We would be keen to speak with Mechanical Commissioning Engineers with the following skills and experience:

  • Experienced mechanical fitter with a HVAC background
  • NVQ Level 3 qualifications or equivalent time served
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain high workmanship standards
  • Excellent communication and collaborative team member
