Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and monitor mechanical completion activities across marine and topside systems (hull, utility, mechanical, piping, HVAC, etc.).
• Develop and maintain system boundary drawings and MC dossiers in line with the Completion Management System (CMS).
• Ensure correct tagging, punch listing, and documentation of all MC activities as per project requirements.
• Coordinate with construction, QA/QC, commissioning, and vendor teams for mechanical completion deliverables.
• Perform and witness system walk-downs and punch list clearance with discipline engineers and clients.
• Track and report the status of mechanical completion using project tracking systems or CMS (e.g., WinPCS, PIMS, ICAPS).
• Ensure compliance with project HSE standards during MC execution.
• Support interface management between construction and commissioning teams for smooth system handovers.
• Review and verify test packages (P&ID markups, test records, inspection records) to ensure completeness before handover.
• Manage and participate in mechanical completion reviews, audits, and system handover acceptance.
• Ensure that all required certificates and approvals are collected and compiled for Mechanical Completion dossiers.
