A leading defense contractor in Rochester is seeking a Mechanical CAD/ Draughting Technician to create and maintain manufacturing data packs while managing work packages and ensuring adherence to industry standards. The Mechanical Engineering team:
The main duty of this role is to provide expert Mechanical Engineering drawing support to create and maintain manufacturing data packs, in support of the design and development of our avionic systems.
As a Senior Technician, you will work with other technicians and design engineers, to understand the design detail in order to deliver technical drawings, documentation, and change control. Working to a high level of accuracy and quality, using industry standards, in accordance to schedule and budget constraints.
