Qualifications

Overview

Building Services Engineer (Mechanical Bias)

Location: Manchester | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home)

We are a leading provider of innovative building services engineering solutions for the Prime and Super Prime residential market. With a focus on sustainability, efficiency, and quality, we create environments that are safe, functional, and comfortable for all users.

We are growing and looking for Building Services Engineers (Mechanical Bias) to join our team. We welcome applications from engineers at a range of skill and experience levels (junior - principal).

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting and/or leading the design and development of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems
• Assisting with the coordination of mechanical systems with other building services
• Working closely across our team of engineers from design through to implementation
• Contributing to sustainable, comfortable, energy-efficient solutions
• Supporting compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards

What we’re looking for:

• Degree or HNC/HND in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
• Familiarity with CAD and building design software (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit, H2X)
• A basic understanding of HVAC and mechanical systems
• Clear communication skills (fluent in English) and a collaborative mindset
