Job summary

Latitude Recruitment are assisting a Portsmouth-based client in finding five Assembly / Fitters to join on a 6-month contract. You will perform fabrication, fitting and finishing tasks on mechanical assemblies, contributing to fast-paced production lines and meeting tight deadlines.

You will use hand and power tools safely, follow technical drawings, specifications and work instructions, and take responsibility for quality workmanship on a range of shop floor assembly duties.

Qualifications

• Hands-on assembly and fabrication tasks.
• Safe handling of hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings and work instructions.
