Syntech Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Mechanical Assembler for a permanent shift role in Aylesbury. You will read engineering drawings and perform precision mechanical fitting within a structured production environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in manufacturing
• Strong ability to read 3rd angle projection engineering drawings

Responsibilities

• Reading and interpreting Third Angle Projection engineering drawings
• Carrying out precision mechanical fitting and assembly work to high standards
• Working from engineering instructions and build documentation
• Following guidance from engineers, project managers and team leaders
• Participating in quality control processes
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintaining high standards of output and workmanship
• Supporting wider production duties when required
• Operating and working safely around production plant and machinery
• Maintaining good housekeeping and compliance with Health & Safety procedures
