We are Systems, LLC, a leading manufacturer and designer of loading dock equipment. We continue to grow and are seeking a motivated team player to join our organization.

This role is within the Systems' Manufacturing and Production group. A successful candidate is expected to:

  1. Perform skilled fitting and/or mechanical or hydraulic assembly of parts, sub-assemblies, and related units using a variety of hand tools, power tools, or equipment.
  2. Perform in-depth inspection to ensure the product meets specifications and quality standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform skilled fitting and/or mechanical or hydraulic assembly of parts, sub-assemblies, and related units.
  • Perform in-depth inspection to ensure the product meets specifications and quality standards.
  • Align, adjust, and perform secondary machining as required.
  • Work from drawings, specifications, and shop orders.
  • Use required precision measuring instruments and gauging devices.
  • Operate cranes, hoists, or lift tables.
  • Identify product defects and report issues to appropriate personnel.
  • Keep accurate production records/logs.
  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules, ensuring team compliance.
  • Protect the company's reputation by maintaining confidentiality.
  • Maintain professional knowledge through workshops, publications, networking, and professional societies.
  • Contribute to team efforts and participate in projects as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • No minimum education required.
  • 1+ year of manufacturing experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Intermediate mechanical aptitude.
  • Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior manufacturing experience.

The pay range for this position is $18.50/hour. The base pay may vary depending on factors such as location, education, training, and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) contributions, health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, paid holidays, and 3 weeks PTO upon hire.

This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan.
