Job description

Position: MechanicalAssembler

Location: Pool

Type of position: permanent

Hours per week: 39 hours per week

We are now seeking a Mechanical Assembly to work for a busy manufacturing company based in Pool. The appropriate candidate will be responsible for the sub-assembly of machined components to aerospace requirements and standards

Specific Duties

• Staking Bearings
• Heli-Coil
• Valve Assembly
• Beading using sealants such as PR1770
• Self-inspection and testing of finished product

Requirements:

• You must be able to understand 2D drawings and assembly instructions/technique.
• Previous experience in mechanical assembly is essential and experience in pressure testing would be an advantage.
