Job summary

Arcus FM Limited is seeking an experienced M&E Engineer to perform planned and reactive maintenance across a defined portfolio of sites in the South London area. You will carry out fault diagnosis and repair on electrical, mechanical, and HVAC equipment while ensuring safety and quality of service for clients.

The role requires an recognised M&E apprenticeship, 18th Edition qualification, and a valid UK driving licence; you will join a field-based team with travel between client sites and

Qualifications

• Recognised apprenticeship or qualification in M&E services/maintenance.
• Essential Qualifications: 18th Edition.
• Desirable Qualifications: F-Gas, Test & Inspection, Unvented.
• Previous experience in a similar role (retail or commercial experience preferred).
• Valid UK driving licence (essential).

Are you a skilled Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Engineer in or around the South London area, looking for an exciting opportunity in the facilities management sector? We are seeking a dedicated professional to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a defined portfolio, ensuring top-quality service delivery and first-line response to emergencies.

• £36,910 or £42,447 (depending on experience)
• Additional £3,000 per annum location allowance
• Full door-to-door pay
• Up to 4% bonusAll overtime paid at time-and-a-half
• Company Van (with option for personal use from day 1)
• 25 days annual leave + bank holiday equivalent
• Ongoing training & development opportunities at our National Training Centre

What You'll Be Doing
