Mechanical and Electrical Design Engineer

A Mechanical and Electrical Design Engineer opportunity with a leading Engineering Consultancy. This role involves working on station refurbishments, building services projects, and water-connected electronics.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems design, with experience in transportation and infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include reporting to the CRE, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and developing technical skills towards Chartered Engineer (CEng) status.

The key responsibilities include:

• Assist in creating and refining mechanical and electrical designs, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards.
• Provide technical support during design and project execution, ensuring safety and performance.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated design solutions.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and safety requirements; conduct quality checks.
