I am working with a prestigious Independent Vehicle Repair Specialist who is looking to recruit an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their highly skilled team.
Working in excellent premises, with very high standards across the board, you will need to be ready for a challenge to exceed customer expectations and deliver your best.
**This is a very diverse and exciting role, offering the opportunity to work on race cars, including race weekends away (motorsport).**
Vehicle Technician Role:
Carry out servicing, repairs, and diagnose vehicle faults using the latest diagnostic equipment.
Ensure workmanship is of the highest standards to achieve outstanding customer satisfaction.
Be aware of and comply with all legal aspects related to maintenance and repair of motor vehicles.
Record work carried out, time taken, and advise on any additional work.
About you:
Be trained to a minimum of Level 3 City and Guilds Motor Repair/BTEC/NVQ or equivalent qualification.
Have previous experience working as a Vehicle Technician or motorsport experience.
Possess excellent communication skills and be able to work well as part of a team.
Have great attention to detail and enjoy all aspects of your position.
Hold a valid UK driving licence.
A full training programme will be designed for the successful applicant to ensure you can work to the highest standards and progress your career.
This Vehicle Technician position offers a £40,000 competitive salary, depending on experience.
Work a 5-day week, plus 1 Saturday morning in 4, from 8:30 to 12:30. Currently, due to Covid, we do not operate on Saturdays, but this may change in the future.
Enjoy 20 days of annual leave plus public holidays.
Potential to work on race cars, including race weekends away in motorsport, with a salary of £40k depending on experience.
