Mercedes Dealership Cambridge is seeking a driven Vehicle Technician to join our friendly, high‑performing service team. You will service, diagnose and repair vehicles to exacting standards while coordinating with the Service Reception and Workshop Control.

The role requires a full driving licence, the ability to multitask under pressure and a commitment to ongoing product knowledge and exceptional customer service. Monday to Friday, 40 hours, £26k–£36k with OTE £45k.

• Maintaining exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals.
• Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.

About the position

The successful candidate for our Vehicle Technician position will have previous experience in a similar role and strong teamwork skills.

You will be welcomed into a friendly team and have the opportunity to work with an exciting product. A large part of the Vehicle Technician position involves:

£26,000 to £36,000 dependant on experience , OTE £45,000 Uncapped
