What You'll Do

As a crucial member of our maintenance team, you'll work alongside our Skilled Maintenance Supervisor and Fitters to ensure our cranes are in top condition. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with servicing, repairs, and breakdown maintenance of cranes to uphold safety and performance standards
• Maintaining accurate service records and providing technical advice to minimize downtime
• Collaborating with operations to schedule repairs and procure necessary materials
• Continuously seeking ways to improve processes and efficiency within the role

What We're Looking For

Education, Experience, and Skills:

• Previous experience maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing faults with heavy machinery
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks
