Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team and coordinate tasks
  • Inspect, service, and repair trailers adhering to high standards and compliance with EHS guidelines and legislation
  • Complete compliance documentation accurately and promptly
  • Provide excellent customer service within deadlines
  • Follow health and safety policies and procedures
  • Demonstrate TIP values and behaviors consistently

Qualifications:

  • Time-served technician or City & Guilds 1, 2 & 3 Certificates or equivalent experience in trailer repairs
  • Welding experience preferred
  • Enthusiastic with good communication skills
  • Basic computer skills and documentation ability
  • Strong organizational skills and workload prioritization
  • Ability to work independently if needed
