Job summary

Streamline Search seeks an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a busy automotive workshop in the United Kingdom. You will service, diagnose and repair vehicles to high standards while delivering excellent customer satisfaction.

You'll carry out servicing, diagnostics and repairs using diagnostic equipment, following manufacturer procedures, with ongoing manufacturer training and clear progression opportunities within a reputable dealer group.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent).
• Previous experience working as a Vehicle Technician.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• Good IT skills and confidence using digital systems.
• A commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• A full UK driving licence.
• MOT Tester qualification would be advantageous but is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out vehicle servicing, repairs and maintenance.
• Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical faults.
• Using diagnostic equipment and technical support systems.
• Following manufacturer repair procedures and workshop processes.
• Completing accurate electronic job cards and technical reports.

The Role
