  2. Building cars for rallying and racing based on priority requests.
  3. Taking responsibility for the preparation and modification of cars both in the factory and at rollouts/events.
  4. Demonstrating a high level of commitment, teamwork, a strong work ethic, and flexibility.
  5. Supporting the team with your mechanical, technical, and organizational skills.
Qualifications
  • Experience as a mechanic or technician in a professional motorsport environment.
  • Ability to meet high standards and tight deadlines.
  • Experience in rallying or endurance racing is preferred.
  • Team-oriented mentality with responsibility and a competitive spirit.
  • Ability to work independently to high standards with minimal supervision.
  • Flexible working hours and the ability to perform under pressure.
