Job Description:

Nissan Formula E Team has been a competitive force in motorsport and the FIA Formula E World Championship for many years.

Based in Viry-Châtillon, in the Paris area (France), we are looking for a Mechanic to join our team and contribute to our ongoing development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and prepare cars
  • Carry out technical inspections, assembly and specific adjustments to vehicles
  • Participate in vehicle set-up
  • Carry out repairs and adjustments during test sessions, in response to incidents or driver requests
  • Manage the preventive and corrective maintenance of the cars, ensuring the safety and optimum performance of each mechanical component
  • Carry out regular inspections of car components
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of mechanical and electrical component management and maintenance systems
  • Work closely with engineers to optimize car settings
  • Participate in briefing and debriefing meetings with the team to adjust strategies and identify areas for technical improvement
  • Maintain and manage tools and equipment used for car repairs and maintenance
  • Comply with safety standards and defined work protocols to avoid incidents
  • Prepare and configure the necessary tools before each work session to ensure rapid and efficient intervention
  • Provide technical assistance when required

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in motorsport

Basic skills in welding and machining

HGV (Heavy Goods Vehicle) license is a plus
