Responsibilities
  1. Assemble, service, and operate cars at events around the world and at the team base.
  2. Build and prepare cars for Rallying and Racing based on priority requests.
  3. Take responsibility for the preparation and modification of cars both in the factory and on roll-out/events.
  4. Demonstrate a high level of commitment, teamwork, and a strong work ethic with flexibility in work hours.
  5. Support the team with mechanical, technical, and organizational skills.
Qualifications
  • Experience as a Mechanic/Technician in a professional Motorsport environment.
  • Ability to work to high standards and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience in Rallying or Endurance Racing is preferred.
  • Team-oriented with responsibility, competitiveness, and independence.
  • Flexibility in working hours and ability to perform under pressure.
